If you need to make or receive calls from your work number and want to use your cell phone, use the Genesys Communicate App.
1. Log into the Genesys website and make sure your selected phone is YourNameWebRTC (and turn off call forwarding if it’s on).

2. You will need your Genesys password. If you’re not sure what that is, you can look it up in your web browser’s settings menu. Search for usw2to locate the Genesys password (take note of which email address it is tied to as well). To view the password, you will be asked to enter in your Windows password/PIN. This is the same password/PIN you use to log onto your computer.
3. On your cell phone, open the Apple App store, or the Google play store, and search for and install the Genesys Cloud Communicate app.
4. When you log into the app for the first time, you will need to change the region to Americas (US West).
5. Enter in the email address attached to your Genesys account (if you were hired before November of 2022, it’s probably your old @legalaccessplans.com email), and your Genesys password (see step 2 from above).
