2. In the top left corner, click on your profile, then click the drop-down menu to Select Phone
3. Under Select Phone, type your first name, then wait a second or two for the results to show up, then select the phone you want to use.
YourNamePolycom = Your desk phone
YourNameWebRTC = The web-based phone or the Genesys Communicate App
4. After choosing a phone, you are taken back to your Genesys profile. Ensure the updated phone now shows.
