Report on Calls to Attorney Services Group in Genesys

1. Go to Performance > Workspace, open a new tab and click on Interactions.

2. Click the Filters icon on the top right. In the search field type ext to find the External Tag filter.

3. Type AttySvcs, then click on the result to add the filter.

4. Click on the date to adjust the time frame of your search.

5. Click the Save icon on the top right to save this filter for future use.
