Googler Login Issues

Put in their name or their email address and click the Search Google Member Site button.

On the next page, click their email address to check their status.

If they are already loaded into the Google site, you will see a page like the one below. Verify with the member that they are using the correct email address, and ask them if it was recently changed.

If they are not loaded, you will get an option to Run the Import Script. Please note that only one person should run the import script at a time. 

After running the script, the member should be able to login.
