Googler Can't Log In

*If the Googler recently changed their email address, email it@legaleaseplan.com with their member ID, new email, and old email addresses.

When you have a new or recently re-activated Googler who says they cannot log into https://google.legaleaseplan.com,  you can use this tool to troubleshoot:

 http://10.10.10.27/pass_sms/public/index.php?action=googleMemberListing 

Put in their name or their email address and click the Search Google Member Site button.

On the next page, click their email address to check their status.

If they are already loaded into the Google site, you will see a page like the one below. Verify with the member that they are using the correct email address, and ask them if it was recently changed.

If they are not loaded, you will get an option toRun the Import Script. Only press it once and it may take a minute or two to finish.
