1. Begin by copying your current signature from one of the emails in your sent folder. Click your profile on the top left, then click on the Sent folder.
2. Locate an email that has your signature. Highlight the text of your signature (do not include the logo), then press Copy.
3. Click your profile again, then click the gear icon to open Settings, then click Signature.
4. Highlight the existing default signature, then click Paste.
5. Click the check mark to save your new signature.
