Logging into CATO App

1. When logging into CATO for the first time on a new computer you’ll be asked for your email address. If you were hired prior to December of 2022, use the old @legalaccessplans.com email.


2. If you get directed to a page asking for your Subdomain, you used the wrong email address. Please close CATO and start over by using the other email address.


3. If you entered the correct email address, you’ll be asked for your User Name and Password. The username is your email address again, and the password is the one you chose when you first set up CATO. If you don’t remember it, please click the Forgot password link.



4. Next, you’ll be asked for the MFA Authentication, which you get from the Google Authenticator App on your phone.


5. You should see a page confirming that You have been authenticated successfully and the CATO app should show as Connected.
