Cato VPN MFA Reset How To

1.
You will receive an email from CATO Networks with the subject Multi Factor Authentication for Legal_Access_Plans. Open the email and click the Cato User Portal link to get started.
2. On the login page, enter the Account name as legal_access_plans and your email address* as the username. Then enter the password you chose when you first set up CATO (if you forgot the password you chose, click the Forgot Password? link)
*If you started working here before December of 2022 use your old @legalaccessplans.com
3. Click the Activate it link.
4. Click the SECURE MY ACCOUNT button.
5. Enter your CATO password, then click the OK button.
6. Click the CONTINUE button.
7. On your cell phone, open the Google Authenticator app, click the Add button, then Scan QR code. After you have the code show up on your phone, click the Continue button.
8. Click the OK button.
9. Click the OK button (again).
10. Then you are done. You do not need to re-install the CATO client if it’s already installed.
