How to set up voicemail

1.
Log in to Genesys: https://login.usw2.pure.cloud/ If asked, click the Communicate/Collaborate option.
2. If you see pop ups asking for access, click the Allow button.
3. Click the round person icon on the top left, then click Preferences.
4. Select the Voicemail PIN tab and enter a 4-digit PIN. Click Change PIN button.
5. Click the Phone icon on the left, then click the Dial Pad icon. Dial *86and then the green phone button. Follow the prompts to
set up your greetings and name.
