How to set up mic and speaker for WebRTC calls

1. Log in to Genesys: https://login.usw2.pure.cloud/ If asked, click the Communicate/Collaborate option.

2. If you see pop ups asking for access, click the Allow button.

3. Click the round person icon on the top left, then click Preferences.

4. Click the Sound tab, then click the drop-down next Use Computer setting, then select New Profile.

5. Name the profile, click the drop-down menus to select your preferred microphone and speaker. Click the Save button when done.

1. Log in, then click the person icon on the top left.

2. Click the Select Phone option and search for your name. Select FirstLastnameWebRTC

3. Make sure to turn off Forward My Calls
