How to change outbound email server when emailing providers
Be sure Outlook is already set up to send and receive email.
Click the Start button, then type “Control Panel”, click it or press Enter to open it.
3. In the top right, change the View by setting from Category to Small icons.
4. Click Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
5. Click the Email Accounts… button.
6. Double click your email address to open the Change Account window.
7. Change the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) to smtp.lglpln.com, then click the More Settings … button.
8. On the Outgoing Server tab, uncheck the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP)..
9. On the Advanced tab, on the second drop down menu (under Outgoing server (SMTP)), choose None.
10. Click the OK button, then click the Next button. If you completed the steps correctly, you’ll see a check mark next to Send test email message
