1. Before you can remote into your work PC, be sure you are connected to the CATO VPN

2. Press the Start button (A) and type: remote (B), then click the Remote Desktop Connection(C)

3. Enter in the IP address you received from IT (10.23.10.XX), then press Show Options.

4. For the username, use LGLPLN\firstinitiallastname then click the Connect button.

5. Enter in your work PC password, then click the OK button.

6. You can click OK if you see any warning messages pop up.

7. When you are done working, click the X on the blue bar at the top-middle part of the screen.

1. Open the Mac App Store, search for and install Microsoft Remote Desktop

2. Click the + icon to Add PC.

3. For PC name enter in the IP address you received from IT (10.23.10.XX)(A), and for Friendly name enter in WorkPC (B), and then click Add User Account (C)

4. For your username use LGLPLN\firstinitiallastname (first initial last name), use the password you use to log into your work PC, and give it the friendly name of LGLPLN, then click the Add button

5. Click the Add button again, then Double click WorkPC to begin (if you receive a warning click OK or Connect)

6. To quit Remote Desktop, press CMD + Q on your mac keyboard.

YOU MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE CATO VPN TO REMOTE DESKTOP.
