Connecting to Filecher

Filecher is the server we save most of our Administration and Claims documents on.

1. If you're working remotely, first connect to the CATO VPN.

2. Open Windows File Explorer (the yellow folder icon).

3. In the address bar on the top, delete whatever is currently there (usually Quick access), and type \\10.10.10.60

4. When the log in window pops up, do NOT enter your PIN, click on More Choices, then click Use a different account

5. It will ask for an email address, but you will use your username instead (which is usually your first initial and last name)

• For filecher, use: 10.10.10.60\username
• Password: usually the same as PASS
• Check the Remember my credentials box
