Add a shared mailbox in New Outlook

If you use the new version of Outlook, or Outlook on the web, follow the steps below to show a shared mailbox:

1. Click the settings (gear) icon on the top right.

2. Click Account

3. Click Shared with me

4. Click the +Add button

5. Enter the shared mailbox name

6. Click the Continue button.
