How to Setup MFA

1. Go to: http://aka.ms/mfasetup and sign in with your legaleaseplan.com email address and password. It may need to verify your identity by sending you a text message. If you run into any issues with this step, please open a helpdesk ticket.

2. Click + Add sign-in method

3. Click Microsoft Authenticator

4. Click the Next button, then click another Next button.

5. On your cell phone, open the App Store/Play store, search for Microsoft Authenticator and install it. Be sure you install the correct app:

6. After installing the Microsoft Authenticator, open the app and click Allow/Enable/Approve when it requests to send you notifications.

7. Click the Add account button, then click Work or school account, then Scan QR code(be sure to click Allow when it asks to access your camera).

8. Then scan the QR code displayed on your computer screen, then click the Next button.

9. It will then send a test alert to your cell phone, click the alert and enter in the number displayed on your computer screen. Click Yes after entering in the number.

10. Back on your computer screen, click the Next button and you should see a message in the top right corner confirming you’ve set it up correctly.
