Use Quick Assist App

The easiest way to have a tech to view your computer remotely is to use the Quick Assist app.
1. Press the Start menu, then at the top search bar type Quick Assist, then click to open the app.
2. Enter in the code the tech gives you.
3. Check the I understand... box, then click the Allow button.
4. Click the Allow button if/when the tech requests control.
