Genesys Audio Issues - New Device Profile

Creating a new device profile in Genesys will resolve most audio issues.
1. Click your Genesys profile on the top right corner.
2. Click Preferences
3. Click Sound
4. Under the Audio Device Profile, click the drop-down menu and select New Profile
5. Type a name for your new profile.
6. On each of the drop downs, select the headset that is connected to your computer.
7. Click the Save button.
