How to forward calls in Genesys

1. Login to Genesys https://login.usw2.pure.cloud/ and click Collaborate/Communicate

2. In the top left corner, click on your profile, then click the Forward my calls button.



3. Slide the button to ON, then enter in your phone number. If you prefer the voicemails go to your cell phone, check the box. If you do not check the box, voicemails will go to your work voicemail.
